Tasmanian Expeditions offers bushwalking and adventure tours in Tasmania’s national parks and wilderness areas. Tasmanian Expeditions is based in Launceston, northern Tasmania, a two hour drive north of Hobart (199 kilometres/123.6 miles).
Established in 1989, Tasmanian Expeditions offers a broad range of fully-guided tours in some of the world's most pristine and beautiful environments, including the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. You can choose from a range of short and extended bushwalking tours with cabin or camping accommodation as well as cycling, rock climbing, white water rafting and sea-kayaking tours.
You may wish to walk the Overland Track or undertake the more challenging South Coast Track. Choose from a range of walks at Cradle Mountain, the Walls of Jerusalem, Bay of Fires, Wineglass Bay or explore the Tarkine or the wild west coast.
Your fully-guided tour is led by highly experienced guides and includes meals, transport, accommodation and group equipment. If you cannot find the type of trip you are looking for, Tasmanian Expeditions can customise a private trip or special itinerary for you.. www.tas-ex.com
