  • Even the volleyball court has a view!
  • Stylish and intimate lounge room
  • Gourmet kitchen
  • Charming bedroom
  • Sunset - and those amazing views...
45 Olympian Parade
Leura NSW

This wonderful property was designed by renowned architect Phillip Cox, sits in beautiful gardens and boasts magnificent views. It is definitely the whole package for a wonderful stay in the mountains.

Overall rating? Excellent, with outstanding ambience and location

What makes Blue Mountains Rhapsody different?
This is a property that has been well planned and beautifully executed, however the thing that stays with you when you think of it is the incomparable view. Panoramic views of the world heritage listed Blue Mountains, the iconic Three Sisters and superb Mount Solitary just take your breath away.

Accommodation overview
There are four large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and ensuite, another with a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has two singles and the loft also has twin singles and a fold-out futon.

Facilities overview
The house is self-contained and has all you need for a comfortable stay, with a good selection of condiments in the well-equipped kitchen, a covered BBQ deck at both the rear and front. The main bathroom has a spa and there is a loft/games area for the kids. The house comes complete with a selection of books, DVDs and magazines.

The lounge and dining rooms make the most of the fantastic views and there is a fireplace in the lounge room for cosy nights or cold winter days. The gardens are lovely and the lawn is large enough for a volleyball court – great family fun!

Location
The property is around two hours from Sydney – take the Great Western Highway to Leura, turn through the Leura Mall and follow it down to Olympic Parade.

Suitable for children? Yes – plenty of room and plenty to keep them busy

Suitable for pets? No

Wheelchair access? No

Perfect for?
This lovely house is ideal for families, groups and extended family get-togethers and is a wonderful way to show off the Blue Mountains to international guests.

Why stay longer?
We loved sitting on the deck watching the weather roll in, just enjoying the views, the gardens, the birds and watching the children play. This is a truly relaxing and well appointed house, walking distance to the Toy Museum, close to Leura and its shops and restaurants and well-placed for guests to make the most of all the attractions of the Blue Mountains, such as the Zig Zag railway, the scenic railway, the Three Sisters, restaurants, antique shops and more.

Why you wouldn’t stay longer?
I can’t think of any reason you would want to leave, other than the demands of real life calling you home.

Pricing
We paid $795 for a mid-week deal for 2 nights but the rates vary seasonally so check the Blue Mountains Rhapsody accommodation listing for details.

If my local volleyball court had those views I might participate in sport more!
