What makes Kentisbury Country House different?
This is a lovely self-contained three bedroom home with timber floorboards throughout and any number of eye-catching rugs in the rooms.  There are views of the hills down to Lake Barrington and it is easy to feel far away from the rush and bustle of everyday life.

Accommodation overview
There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one with a double bed.  The rooms have high raked ceilings, lovely furnishings and there is good heating, with electric blankets on all the beds.  The beautiful floor rugs keep it cosy, while displaying the lovely timber floors.

Facilities overview
All bedding and high quality linen is supplied, and there is a portacot available on request.  The large bathroom upstairs has a claw-foot tub perfect for relaxing in and the fully equipped kitchen means that cooking is a breeze.  There is a dining area that seats six people and the chesterfields in the lounge room and conservatory beg you to relax into them and forget the stresses of everyday life.

The house is in a beautiful bush setting, has a separate conservatory, vegetable garden and a gas BBQ.

Only 10 minutes to Sheffield and close to Cradle Mountain,   West Kentish is south west of Sheffield and the owners supply clear and easy to follow directions.

Perfect for?
Two or three couples on holiday together, a family or extended family.  The property is so well-equipped and welcoming that it makes the perfect base for a longer stay spent exploring the many sights.

Why stay longer?
The owners make you feel very welcome and just sitting out near the vegetable garden and enjoying the farmland views is pure relaxation.  There is so much to see in the area, such as the famous murals in Sheffield and the Launceston to Devonport trail, as well as the iconic Cradle Mountain.  Those who like to try their luck will love dropping a line into Lake Barrington.
