Larrakeyah Point - Penthouse
  • View from balcony
  • Light-filled living area

Larrakeyah Point – Penthouse is a dream-come-true. It is fully-equipped with everything that guests could want – fluffy Sheridan towels, classy linen, all cooking equipment and entertainment systems. It’s guaranteed to please – the owners had a temporary live-in to test it out, making sure it lacked nothing! When you stay, extras include items you might need, but forgot to bring/buy – tissues, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, first-aid kit, torch, detergent, washing powder ...

Gaining access to Larrakeyah Point – Penthouse is hassle-free. The owners post keys to you prior to your arrival, so you are free to arrive anytime night or day. You’ll notice on your arrival that the owners have the air-conditioning running, and you can walk into a perfect temperature. Just remember to step out onto the balcony as soon as you arrive, as the stunning view will remove any travel stress that you have brought with you.

The location of Larrakeyah Point – Penthouse is perfect for stocking the cupboards with food and drink. There is a corner shop and post box within one block (along Lambell Terrace), and the city is easily accessible for Coles (off Mitchell Street), Woolworths (off Smith Street) and liquor outlets.

The balcony is perfect for drinks and barbecues. Though the accommodation is situated on the edge of the city, the view is away from the city, over a golf-course, tree-tops and out to sea. A gas barbecue is provided, as are all the barbecuing needs (mobile cutlery set, tongs, barbecue basting brushes, outdoor candle ...)

Quality accommodation and service are provided to make your stay enjoyable.

Larrakeyah Point – Penthouse is proud to be shortlisted in the self-contained category of the 2010 TakeABreak Awards. Check out Larrakeyah Point – Penthouse on takeabreak.com.au.
