Why stay in a hotel when you can have a fantastic self-catering B&B Cottage all to yourself? Cotton Palm Cottage is a completely self-contained cottage with the character of yesteryear, while having the convenience and luxuries of modern living. Whether it is business, holidaying in Adelaide, visiting friends or just a weekend away, you will feel right at home and very welcomed with all the thoughtful touches to help you enjoy your stay in a very homely atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer and there is a wonderful large laundry with plenty of bench space, front-load washing machine and dryer with a large laundry tub (clothes line outside and pegs supplied)  and washing powder and cleaning fluids kept in the laundry storage cupboards.

The lounge room has a cosy lounge and two single seaters, TV/DVD player and coffee table. Separate dining room has a six seater dining table, and radio/CD player. The bathroom has a full size bath and a shower.

With three beautifully decorated bedrooms, the cottage can accommodate up to five guests, and there is ducted cooling throughout, for your complete comfort on those warmer days!

All in the perfect location to explore what Adelaide has to offer. There are famous wine regions in one direction and beautiful beaches in the other. Let us not forget that just a short walk away you have the convenience of a supermarket, bakery, pizza and chicken shop, newsagency, post office, bottle shop, service station, hairdresser, chemist, fresh fruit and veg store, public transport, Balmoral Park for a BBQ or the well-known Linear Park for peaceful stroll or bike ride.
