Sea Eagle Beach House - your choice for a wonderful beach holiday!
  • 3 min walk to the beautiful beach
  • Enjoy original beach artwork both inside and out
  • Main queen bedroom with seaside theme
  • Large air-conditioned lounge with plasma screen
  • Games room stocked with beach toys and more

The beach is pivotal to our holiday accommodation and inspired the name Sea Eagle Beach House. Located at Safety Beach, the house offers a relaxing seaside holiday with all the luxuries of home. Sea Eagle is decorated with a beach theme, the atmosphere is relaxed and each room offers reminders of the beach, including artwork from local artists unique to the Mornington Peninsula.

The house is air-conditioned so guests are kept cool even during the hottest summers. Guests love year-round entertaining using the undercover alfresco eating area with BBQ and table seating 10 guests. This large space is brightly decorated with beach scenes hand designed by local artist.

There is an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off all the beach sand after a long day lounging at the beach. The garage has been converted to a games room, which delights adults as well as children with large pool table, air hockey table, table tennis, boogie boards, scooters, bikes, inflatable beach toys, totem tennis, quoits set and sun lounges. The yard offers picturesque views of neighbouring Arthurs Seat. The long driveway has space for several cars, jetski and boat and offers off-street parking for guests.

Guests are given tourism advice if required, and there is a fully stocked guest folder detailing beach activities from boat hire and fishing, to snorkelling and swim with the dolphin adventures. Beach towels are supplied for all bookings.

Pets are also welcome outdoors at Sea Eagle Beach House and we are close to one of the Mornington Peninsula's only leash-free beaches.

Guests usually opt for Sea Eagle Beach House over other properties due to the handy beach location and house facilities: plasma TV, DVDs, and all the diversions of the games room. The property is close to the beach, golf, restaurants and shops and is situated in a quiet street. Guests love the location – just 3 minutes to the beach, so you never have to worry about parking! Beach walks will take you to Dromana Village Shops one way and up to the marina the other way. The boat ramp, pier and seaside playground are just around the corner and our property is very popular with boat enthusiasts.

Property cleanliness is a priority and we contact all our guests by phone. When guests check in, we ensure the heater is on in winter, or the house is air-conditioned in summer. Guests are greeted by chocolates on arrival and milk, tea and coffee. Guests love the large range of DVDs and books. We offer suggestions for activities when the weather takes a turn for the worse and we follow up all stays with a feedback form and where possible, we act upon suggestions and so enjoy many return visitors. The success of Sea Eagle Beach House is dependent on guest satisfaction, so we do everything in our power to ensure our guests are happy.

Sea Eagle Beach House is proud to be shortlisted in the beach category of the 2010 TakeABreak Awards. Check out Sea Eagle Beach House on takeabreak.com.au
