Melville Quarters was built in 2009 and offers premium short-term accommodation for people who would like to stay in a modern, bright and comfortable home. It is only a 15 minute drive to the Perth CBD, a 10 minute drive to Fremantle and a 15 minute drive to beautiful beaches.

The free-standing house is located on the back of a sub-divided block, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Jacaranda trees and shrubs overhang the fences adding to the beautiful setting of the house. Wake up to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees while staying in Melville Quarters.

This fully equipped, immaculately clean house provides all you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The well-presented, open plan family, gourmet kitchen and dining area provides an ideal space for families with children or business professionals wishing to unwind. A separate lounge allows for a quiet retreat. It also has three spacious bedrooms, with the main bedroom boasting a generous walk-in robe and an ensuite with a double shower, two hand basins and a heated towel rail. The other two bedrooms have double built-in robes and the main bathroom has a shower and a bath. The study offers free broadband connection. A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. Kitchen, dining, family room and hallways have timber flooring and lounge, study and bedrooms are carpeted. The whole house is presented with neutral tonings and it has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.

The fully furnished house includes all linen, towels and kitchen utensils.

The cedar lined outdoor alfresco entertaining area is complete with a barbeque and a ceiling fan. A large lock up garage is provided for up to two cars.

Within walking distance is an alfresco cafe, Indian and Thai Restaurants, a local deli and just a short drive to numerous other restaurants, local and major shopping centres plus a public swimming pool. Maps are provided of the immediate area highlighting local cafes/restaurants, service stations, supermarkets, bottle shops, chemist and post office.

It is a short walk to the Swan River where you can enjoy all the tranquil scenery while strolling along the riverside pathways. Close by are such attractions as Point Walter Reserve with café/restaurant, Heathcote Reserve and Wireless Hill Park. Also nearby is Fremantle, which offers attractions such as the Fremantle Markets, Fremantle Prison, WA Maritime Museum, Fremantle Arts Centre, Fishing Boat Harbour with its many restaurants, numerous historical buildings, art galleries and the cappuccino strip. Ferries to Rottnest Island also depart from Fremantle.

Even without a car, visiting Perth’s attractions is easy as there is public transport close by.
